Welcome to Alpine Alpacas, a working farm home to the largest herd in Canterbury! We’d love for you to step onto the farm and experience authentic alpaca life firsthand.

Here, our alpacas aren’t commodity livestock—they’re our beloved paddock pets.

Each one has its own name, personality, and story (and yes, we know every single one by heart!).

On your visit, you’ll meet our wonderful herd alongside our other farm animals, learn how they contribute to fleece production and companionship and see why these gentle creatures hold such a special place in our hearts.
